We had a great bunch of kids this year. With few exceptions they made it easy for us and they had a lot of fun in the process. Before school let out, the children had already had a taste of the good things yet to come by harvesting strawberries, peas, radishes, and beets, all quick-to-grow vegetables that were planted in April and May. In maintenance mode we worked to ensure that the kids have something to look forward to and come back for…and boy did they come back! (Click on photos to enlarge)
